We are happy to accommodate up to 200 guests at our Cazenovia location and up to 35 at our Inner Harbor Syracuse location.

We do offer off-site bar catering and to-go food catering. There is a 2-week minimum advanced notice required to book.

Meier’s Creek can assist with all rental needs as outlined in the event contract. You may also handle all rentals for your own event with prior approval and notice to the Events Coordinator.

We don’t currently allow any outside food vendors except for dessert oriented food items. Any other outside vendors are allowed on property, for example, DJs and photographers. All vendors must be provided to the Event Coordinator no later than 2 weeks in advance of the event.

We don’t offer hotel accommodations but recommend looking at available hotels and rentals in the beautiful surrounding Cazenovia areas.

We offer overnight RV and camper parking through Harvest Hosts, please see our page on Harvest Hosts to request an overnight.

Our standard rental is a four-hour room rental. Additional hours can be added to your event for a per hour rate.

We do not currently offer set up or tear down services for decorations brought in. The room and event space will be set to the determined set up by our staff.

All food service is buffet style.

Great question! Our 22-acre property features a hop field, 18-hole disc golf course, an active apiary, a path to the Burlingame trail network, and beautiful views of Cazenovia Lake.
