Music Licensing Policy
Meier’s Creek Brewing Company is licensed under three Performing Rights Organizations (PROs): BMI, ASCAP, and GMR. These licenses allow performers to play cover songs owned by artists and publishers registered with these organizations.
Before submitting your inquiry, please review the searchable repertoire databases for each PRO:
Please ensure your planned setlist complies with our current licenses. MCBC does not hold licenses beyond the three listed above. If you intend to perform music outside of these catalogs, you must provide documentation showing you are otherwise licensed to do so. Original compositions are always welcome and are not subject to this requirement.
Failure to comply with copyright law may prevent us from hosting your performance. Our goal is to work with you — if you have any questions about your setlist before submitting, feel free to reach out directly.
