The General Manager of our Restaurant Operations is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and brand consistency of multiple taproom/restaurant locations.

This role provides strategic leadership across food and beverage operations as well as guest experience while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance and consistency within our brand. The General Manager helps to develop high-performing leadership teams, drives financial results and ultimately champions our culture, which is focused on quality and sustainable growth.

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple locations
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, quality, service, and safety across all sites
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotions, events, and product launches
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and guest experience across all taprooms
  • Support distribution strategy and key account relationships as needed
  • Partner with brewery operations to align production capabilities with business and taproom needs

  • Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
  • Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs
  • Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
  • Perform tasks with speed and accuracy (meet ticket times)
  • Set up and maintain a clean workstation following protocol
  • Adheres to sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
  • Maintain quality and freshness of ingredients and products

Meier’s Creek Brewing is seeking a highly motivated and organized person to join our production team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with brewing experience, who likes to work hard and enjoys doing so. Looking for an avid learner and dedicated teammate. This is a repetitive job well suited for an individual who takes pride in minor details and understands their impact when considered as a collective whole in the brewery. This opportunity promises an invigorating and exciting environment where good work is done so we always look for flexibility and a sense of humor in addition to other valuable traits like intent, hard work, and good communication skills.

General Duties and Responsibilities, but aren’t Limited to:

  • Greeting and welcoming guest
  • Taking orders accurately and relaying them properly
  • Serving food and beverages to guest
  • Checking in with customers to make sure they are satisfied and enjoying the MCBC experience
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing customers’ needs in a timely manner
  • Upselling products when appropriate
  • Processing customers payments accurately and efficiently
  • Keeping up on side work, clearing tables and general cleaning task for the facility
