Mosaic Heart Workshop

Join us for a Mosaic Workshop with Right Mind Syracuse! During this workshop your host, Ashe of Forged from Ashe Studios, will teach you the basics of making a mosaic! She’ll go over the techniques of breaking and shaping ceramic and glass tile, how to use the tile grinder to shape your pieces, and how to grout your piece. Then you’ll use your new skills to make a mosaic heart! You’re welcome (and encouraged) to purchase beverages and food to indulge during our class!
Please note: there won’t be any duplicate heart shapes so an exact duplicate the heart shaped center of the piece in the photo will not be available and everyone’s piece will be completely one of a kind!
Hearts measure 10-12″ at their widest and 6″ tall. Stand not included. Feel free to bring any quarter size baubles or trinkets you want to include in your project (this is just optional if there’s something you have that you really want to include.)
This event is for ages 12+.
Your ticket includes all materials and instruction. All guests must purchase a ticket. Right Mind will update you with any changes via email before this event.
