SUMMARY:Right Mind: Kinusaiga Pumpkin Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Kinusaiga Workshop at the Caz Farm Brewery!  During this workshop your host\, Ashe of Forged from Ashe Studios\, will teach you the basics of Kinusaiga (pronounced “key-new-sigh-ga”)\, a modern Japanese art form that transforms fabric scraps into rich\, dimensional artwork that resembles a quilt or fabric “painting”. Ashe will teach you how to layer and tuck fabric into grooves on a foam board using vibrant fabrics\, texture and traditional no-sew fabric inlay techniques to create a textile art masterpiece! Your completed pumpkin piece will measure 8×8 in. \nThis event is also hosted in collaboration with Magpie Custom Creations\, Ashe’s studio neighbor in the Cortland Corset Building. \nYour ticket includes all materials and instruction.  All guests must purchase a ticket.  We will update you with any changes via email before this event.\n\nPurchase Here
